An RCT of Virtual Reality Job Interview Training for Individuals With Serious Mental Illness in IPS Supported Employment

This randomized controlled trial evaluated whether adding Virtual Reality Job Interview Training to supported employment improves work outcomes for people with serious mental illness. Although overall employment rates were similar to standard care, the training significantly increased job placement and reduced time to hire for participants who had previously struggled to find work.
