This study introduces bedtime procrastination as a key factor contributing to sleep deficiency and lower well-being. Using an online survey of 177 participants, researchers evaluated links between bedtime procrastination, self-regulation, and sleep outcomes. The findings indicate that poorer self-regulation correlates with higher bedtime procrastination, which uniquely predicts insufficient sleep.
