The official host account for GetMotivated.ai. We build gamified habit-building experiences that help you stick to your goals.
Nope. This challenge is built to support you, not shame you. You’ll earn points for honest check-ins—even when you didn’t follow through. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s awareness. You’re learning what’s really happening so you can grow from it. No guilt. Just progress.
Most apps focus on tracking perfection—and end up forgotten. This is different. It’s a hands-on introduction to the GetMotivated.ai system: you’ll find like-minded partners, learn how the platform works, and uncover your real habits and patterns without pressure. It’s not just about data—it’s about building momentum, accountability, and confidence to move into more specific challenges that actually stick.
You'll have platform access for one week after completion. By then, you'll understand how the system works, have connected with partners, and discovered your true patterns. Most participants use this knowledge to join a more specific Health & Fitness challenge that matches their newly discovered needs and interests.
That’s okay. This challenge is designed for consistency, not perfection. You can still check in the next day and reflect on what happened. Every check-in—whether it’s about doing the activity or not—helps build awareness and momentum.
Nope. You can go through the challenge solo. Your daily check-ins will still be visible to your cohort group, which creates natural accountability. Some participants choose to connect with a Buddy for added support, and weekly video or audio cohort sessions are available if you’d like to connect with the group to reflect and share—but they’re totally optional.
No. You choose your own goals—whether it’s walking, counting calories, strength training, or cutting sugar. The platform is designed to support people working on different activities within the same challenge. This intro challenge helps you learn the system, connect with peers, and start building consistency—no judgment, no rigid plan. When you’re ready for a shared focus, you can join a more specific challenge.
You’ll quickly log whether you followed through on your plan—from 0–100%—and add a short note if you’d like. You’ll also set your intention for the day: do you plan to show up? You can say no—and still check in at 0% and earn points. The most important thing is showing up. Each check-in gives us meaningful data points so the system can surface your underlying patterns. You can check in by email, SMS, or directly on the platform!
Built for follow-through
Most programs tell you what to do. This one helps you actually do it.
Stay accountable with a buddy, a small group, or go solo. You choose — the support is there either way.
Short programs with a clear finish line. Not another open-ended habit tracker you'll abandon in week two.
A 60-second check-in — by app, SMS, or email. No guilt if you miss one. Just keep going.
Every check-in earns points. Every week builds on the last. You can see exactly how far you've come.
AI reads your check-ins and gives you an analysis: what's working, what's slipping, and what to do next. Coaching based on your actual behavior, not guesswork.
